We'll begin with a consultation giving you an opportunity to chat and share your needs and intentions. Then, you will meet regularly with Sadhana on Zoom for instruction and practice. This may include breath work, pre-meditation practices, distance reiki, movement, journaling or creative prompts. Your program will be personalized to meet you where you are right now.
If you are not comfortable meeting in person, this process can happen in a variety of ways. Options can be combined to included Zoom sessions, private video responses to your inquiries and email. This is your journey and the first step is to begin.
FOUNDATION PACKAGE
Once your order is received, you will receive an email with options for your appointment times.
Your are pre-purchasing 4 - 60 min sessions with Sadhana that are VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. The package includes planning your custom program, responding to your emails each session and access to relevant documents and resources.

Due to the personal nature of these services, there is a strict NO REFUND policy. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your service, Sadhana will follow-up on your issue with due diligence.
If you wish to CANCEL your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
