Over the course of four weeks, Sadhana will guide you through a series of breath and pre-meditation practices to calm both the mind and the nervous system. Each week's practice will build on the previous. Recordings of each class will be available following the live sessions. However, the recording will not be offered afterwards as a pre-recorded series. This is one of the few courses that Sadhana offers in-person only.
This class is suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of experience. Adjustments can be made to accommodate any body shape, size or condition. You are encouraged to have a water bottle or tea, blanket, cushion, tissues and a journal nearby.
It is recommended that you practice the practices for at least 6 months before registering for Series 2.
Breath & Meditation Practices Series 1
Once your payment is received, you will receive an intake questionnaire from Sadhana, along with a waiver and a Zoom registration link.
You are registering for FOUR - 75 min classes that will run Mar 24, 31, Apr 7, 14 10:00 - 11:15am Pacific Time. You will also have unlimited access to the recordings following each class. If you miss a class it is recommended that you watch the recording, then book a private 30 minute session with Sadhana.
Should you wish to chat with Sadhana before a class, please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. There will also be an opportunity to chat afterwards.
There is a strict NO REFUND policy. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your service, Sadhana will follow-up on your issue with due diligence.
